We support emotional well-being and engagement through:
• Friendly conversation and active listening
• Activities such as games, reading, or crafts
• Accompaniment on walks or outings
• Support with hobbies and social participation

Household Help
Light housekeeping (dusting, tidying, sweeping, mopping)
• Laundry and folding clothes
• Changing bed linens
• Dishwashing and kitchen clean-up
• Taking out trash and recycling
• Organizing living spaces to support safety

Nutrition & Meal Support
Our non-medical nutrition and meal support services focus on daily routines and general wellness. These services are supportive and educational in nature and do not include medical nutrition therapy or clinical care.
Caregivers may assist with:
• Support with meal routines, preferences, and household schedules
• Planning and preparing meals and snacks based on client preferences
• Grocery inventory and light kitchen organization
• Safe food handling and storage practices

Medication Reminders
Non-medical prompting to help clients stay on schedule:
• Remind clients to take pre-filled medications at scheduled times
• Assist with opening pill organizers (filled by family/nurse)
• Document when medications are taken
Note: This does not include administering, altering, or providing clinical medication support.

Transportation & Accompaniment
Supportive accompaniment to errands, appointments, and community activities.
• Accompaniment for grocery shopping or pharmacy visits
• Support during appointments (non-medical support only)
• Accompaniment for social events, family visits, or community engagements
