    Light housekeeping (dusting, tidying, sweeping, mopping small areas)

    Laundry and folding clothes

    Changing bed linens

    Dishwashing and kitchen clean up

    Taking out trash and recycling

    Organizing living spaces to reduce fall risks

  • Meal Preparation

    Nutritious meal and snack planning/preparation to support health and dietary needs:

    Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks according to preferences/dietary restrictions

    Grocery inventory and light kitchen organization

    Safe food handling and storage

    Encourage hydration and healthy eating habits

    Clean up after meals

  • Medication Reminders

    Non-medical prompting and support to help clients stay on schedule:

    Remind client to take prescribed medications at the correct times

    Assist with opening pill organizers (pre-filled by family/nurse)

    Document when medication was taken (as per agency policy)

    Note: Does not include administering or altering medication.

  • Transportation

    Safe and reliable travel for errands, appointments, and outings:

    Transportation to and from medical appointments

    Trips to grocery store, pharmacy, or other errands

    Travel for laundry (if not done at home)

    Accompaniment during shopping or errands

    Drop-off/pick-up for social activities or religious services
